BOUCHIE, ETHEL VERONICA (LAVELY), 92, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2008 at Summerfield Manor Health & Rehab.
She was a native of Vincennes, IN, a member of Shively Christian Church, a retired sales clerk for the old Ben Snyder Dept. Store, and had formerly managed the cafeteria at the old St. Matthias Catholic School.
Survivors include her two children, Donald Lee Bouchie (Joyce) and Carolyn Sue Knott (John); seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 15 great- great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held noon Tuesday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
