WORCESTER-Jeremy Daniel Rose, 19, of Worcester, died Sunday, October 5th in UMass Memorial Hospital. He leaves his mother, Mary Rose Patruski and her husband Andrew B. Patruski of 39 Worcester Street, West Springfield; three sisters, Cassandra M. Rose of Worcester, Tabbitha Loren Rose of Melbourne, FL and Jessica Rose Henry of Worcester; a brother, Jordan Michael Patruski of West Springfield; his grandmother, Vickie A. Patruski of West Springfield; his grandfather, Bernie J. Patruski of Belchertown; his girlfriend Terri of Worcester; four aunts, Tammy Rose and Mary O’Leary, both of Worcester, Wendy A. Patruski of Agawam and Ann Ortiz of Florida; seven uncles, Buzzy Rose, George Estaphan and Tony Rose all of Worcester, Mark Rose of Florida, Donny Rose of Millbury, Kevin O’Malley of Auburn and John O’Leary of Barre; a niece on the way, Serenity; and several cousins.
He was born in Worcester on December 5, 1988, the son of the late Daniel Joseph O’Leary. Jeremy attended Oxford High School. He was an artist, loved to draw and enjoyed music.
Calling hours are Thursday, October 9th from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 10th in St. John's Cemetery, 260 Cambridge Street.
