Kenneth G. Lord, 74, of Salem, NH died Thurs. Oct. 2nd at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA. He lived in Salem for 45 years.
Kenneth grew up and was educated in Derry, NH graduating from Pinkerton Academy. He served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. Kenneth’s dedication to his country continued by serving as a Master Sergeant in the Air Force Reserves and as a Sergeant First Class in the Army Reserves.
Kenneth was a Supervisor at Lucent Technologies in North Andover until his retirement. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and was on many of Lucent’s sports teams. Kenneth enjoyed golfing and was an avid sports fan. He was thrilled to watch the Red Sox win the World Series. Kenneth loved spending time with his family, especially on his back deck.
The family wishes to thank the ICU Nurses at Holy Family Hospital and the staff at Fresenius Dialysis Center of Methuen for the wonderful care they provided to Kenneth.

Grandchildren: Ryan & Kristin Brousseau, Ashley Brousseau, Michelle LeFevre, Kelsey & Kyle Lord, Katie & Sean Stein, Courtney & Jeremy Walls and Keith Lord
Calling hours will be Sun. Oct. 5th from 3-6 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. A Funeral Service will be Mon. Oct. 6th at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.
