Ellen T. (Brown) Clement 49, of Hopedale, died Sunday September 28, 2008 at University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester from injuries she received in an automobile accident that happened in Ashland on Tuesday September 23, 2008. She was the wife of James M. Clement.
Born in Milford, June 17, 1959 a daughter to Raymond P. and Louise M. (Pellegri) Brown of Franklin, she was raised and educated in Franklin, and was a 1977 graduate of Franklin High School.
Mrs. Clement was a licensed practical nurse and was employed at Asthma & Allergy Specialists in Framingham. She formerly worked at the Fallon Clinic and at Milford Hospital.
Mrs. Clement was a longtime Red Cross volunteer and enjoyed children, gardening, flowers, antiques, art especially watercolor, music and calligraphy. She was also a proud organ donor.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 15 years, and her parents are two step sons Michael T. Clement of Milford and Shawn K. Clement of California, a brother Robert E. Brown and his wife Donna of Austin Texas, two sisters Rae L. Bethoney and her husband Joseph of Franklin, Pamela M. Turinese and her companion Harry Grassel of Franklin, several nieces and nephews including her godchildren Samantha Faith Daley and Brianna Cuddy. She also leaves her beloved pet dog “Nikki Rose”.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Friday October 3, 2008 at 10:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Franklin (www.franklinfuneral.com), with a funeral Mass in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 187 Hopedale St. Hopedale at 11AM. Rev. Henry G. Chambers, pastor of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Millis will officiate.
Interment will follow in the family lot in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Franklin.
