WORCESTER____Frederick J. Gabaree, Jr., 72, of 240 Belmont St., died Sunday April 6 in UMASS - Memorial Medical Center, 119 Belmont St., Worcester.
He leaves his wife, Annette S. (LeBlanc) Gabaree; a son, Michael Gabaree of Rutland; a daughter, Michelle Varney of Worcester; four stepsons, Donald, David, Daniel and John Cousineau all of Worcester; a stepdaughter, Patricia Berrios of Worcester; two brothers, William Gabaree of West Seneca, New York and Richard Gabaree of Johnston, Rhode Island; several grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. He was born in Worcester, son of Frederick J. and Margaret (Connors) Gabaree and lived here all his life.
Mr. Gabaree was a warehouseman several years for New England Grocers and retired many years ago. He was educated in Worcester schools. He was a member of Teamsters local 170.
The funeral will be held on Friday April 11 with a service at 8:30 p.m. in Dirsa-Morin Funeral Home, 298 Grafton St. Calling hours in the funeral home are Friday April 11 from 5 to 9 p.m. Entombment will be private in Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.
