Marie (Shaldone) Giancioppo 93Marie Giancioppo of Needham died on Saturday April 5 at her home in Needham.Born in Newton she moved to Needham in 1918. She worked at the Rosederry Co and at the Mill in Newton Upper Falls for more than 20 years. She was the beloved wife of the late James Vincent Giancioppo. And dear mother of Nicholas and his wife Mary (Fiola) Giancioppo of Needham. Sister of Nora Simole of Needham, and the late Joe, Tony, Mike, John Shaldone and the late Angie Presti. Loving Grandmother of Michael Giancioppo of Needham, David and his wife Ann Giancioppo of Norwood, Joseph and his wife Stacey Giancioppo of Norfolk and Donald and his wife Karen Giancioppo of Franklin. Also survived by six great grandsons and one late grandson and several nieces and nephews. Funeral was held from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave. Needham on Tuesday April 8 at 8:00A.M. Followed by a Funeral Mass at Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church, Newton Upper Falls at 9:00 A.M. Burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Needham.
