Manchester– Evelyn S. Goley, 83 died September 27, 2008 at Maple Leaf Healthcare Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born in St. Johnsbury VT., on November 11, 1924, the daughter of Clarence and Lucille (Pepin) Pope.
She worked for many years at Raytheon Electronics until her retirement.
She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church. She was a member of the Ste. Marie Choir, and the Bow Young at Heart Club. Traveling and meeting people were also things she enjoyed.
She was predeceased by her husband Peter Goley in March of 2001.
Family members include 2 daughters Pamela Gemmiti, of Bethelem PA., Mrs. Michael (Lucille) Cook, of Hooksett, 1 granddaughter, 2 great grandsons, and 1 sister Rose Cloutier, of Manchester.
IN HER LIFE: She loved her granddaughter Marcia Liddick, and 2 great grandsons Joshua and Matthew Liddick, all of Bethlehem PA.
Services: Calling hours will be on Monday from 4 to 8 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 Bridge St., The Panakhyza service will be at 7:30 during calling hours.
A Funeral Liturgy will be on Tuesday at 10 am in St Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 54 Walnut St..
Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
