William D. “Tooter” Wilborn, 74, husband of Jane E. Wilborn, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2008 at his home.
He was born in Glasgow, KY. He had retired from the U.S. Army and had served three tours during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 220 and Shively Masonic Lodge #951.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-father, two brothers and a sister.
He is survived by his wife Jane; daughter Debbie Gregory (Steve); grandchildren, Chris and Cory Gregory; and two nieces.
Funeral services will be 10 am Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central.
Visitation will be 4-8 pm Sunday.
