Robin M. (Pittsley) Rosa, 38, of Fairhaven died April 7, 2003 unexpectedly at St. Luke's Hospital.
She was the wife of Jose M. Rosa and daughter of the late Ralph Pittsley.
Mrs. Rosa was born in New Bedford and had lived in Freetown for several years before moving to Fairhaven 15 years ago.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Fairhaven.
A registered nurse for 14 years, Mrs. Rosa was employed at the Center for Health and Human Services, Inc. in New Bedford for the past year, and had previously worked at several local nursing homes.
She enjoyed crocheting and sewing.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Alicia M. Rosa of Fairhaven; a stepson, Timothy J. Rosa, and his wife Erin, of New Bedford; 2 brothers, Ralph Pittsley and Jason Pittsley, both of New Bedford; a sister, Nancy Pittsley of Dartmouth; her paternal grandmother, Helen Pittsley of Fairhaven; a nephew, Christopher Pittsley of New Bedford; her mother-in-law, Maria J. DaRosa of New Bedford; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other nieces and nephews.
She was the granddaughter of the late Laura Parker and daughter-in-law of the late Jaime DaRosa.
