Robert Lee “Bob” Crawley, 67, husband of Elvira Davis Crawley died Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at his residence.
Memorial services will be held at the American Legion Post #166 in Goose Creek on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 3 o’clock. Burial will be held at a later date at Beaufort National Cemetery with full military honors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Legion Post 166, 116 Howe Hall Road, Goose Creek, SC 29445
Mr. Crawley was born January 9, 1941 in Nebo, North Carolina, son of Daniel and Vivian Kincade Crawley. He retired from the United States Navy as Senior Chief. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion 40/8 Past Post Commander and longtime racer at Summerville Speedway.
