William B. “Bill” DeAngelo, 60, beloved husband of Judy (Riley) DeAngelo, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2008.
Born in Terra Haute, Indiana, he was the son of Jimmie Lou Pack and the late Roy DeAngelo.
He had retired from the U.S. Naval Ordinance. He was the Vice President of the Ohio Valley Blind Association, had served as a Christian Minister for several years, was a member of the Boaz Masonic Lodge, a former teacher at Ivy Tech College and a volunteer with the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas DeAngelo. He is also survived by a son, William “Billy” DeAngelo II and his wife Michelle; grandchildren, Alea and Grace DeAngelo; and brothers, Elwood and Tony DeAngelo.
Funeral services will be 1 pm Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Bethany Cemetery.
