Sandra Rubino, age 65, died Thursday evening at Fairview Convalescent Home in Groton after a long illness.
She was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 21, 1937, the daughter of Samuel and Esther (Horowitz) Bunin.
She is survived by a son, Michael Rubino of Hamden CT and a brother, Steven Bunin of Groton CT.
Burial will be private. A memorial service will be held at a time to be announced.
