Obituary

SPENCER: Therese E. (Belanger) St.Germain,86, of 91 Mechanic St., died Thursday, Sept. 11 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester after a brief illness.
She was the wife of Arthur A. St.Germain who died in 1991. She leaves two sons Arthur P. St. Germain and his wife Lori of Holden and Gerard J. St. Germain of Spencer, two grand children Lauren E. and Jake A. St. Germain of Holden, two sisters Sr. Clarisse Belanger SSA of Worcester and Sr. Adrienne Belanger SSA of Montreal. She is predeceased by a brother Gerard E. Belanger and a sister Sr. Lucille Belanger SSA.
Mrs. St. Germain was a registered nurse having worked private duty and also was a school nurse for the Spencer School System before retiring many years ago.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Eugene and Emma (Drolet) Belanger. She graduated from St. Anne's Academy in Marlboro and St. Vincent Hospital School of Nursing in Worcester. She was a member of Mary,Queen of the Rosary Parish and the former St. Anne's Sodality. She was a member of the Ladies Senior Citizen Club of Spencer and member and past president of the former St. Mary's Women's Guild for many years.
The funeral will be held on Monday, Sept. 15 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Mary,Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer.
