Rose M. Piette 92, formerly of The St. Francis House in Woonsocket died Tuesday at The Friendly Home. She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Joseph and Odelie ( Noel) Piette. Miss Piette was a winder for many years at the former Guerin Mills in Woonsocket before retiring in 1976. She is survived by a brother William Piette of Woonsocket, and two sisters; Fern Chasse of North Smithfield, and Dorothy Chabot of Atlanta GA. Miss Piette was also the sister of the late Roland Piette, Maria Vermette, Angelina Sanford, and Yvette Piette.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 am from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home 463 South Main St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Farm St. Blackstone.
