Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday 10 at am. Burial in the Veterans Section of Melrose Cemetery. Visiting Hours Friday 5-8 pm.
Obituary
Mr. White LeBlanc died Wednesday morning at Colony House Rehabilitation Center in Abington following a lengthy illness. Born and raised in Brockton, son of the late John and Mary (Bernier) White. He entered active duty in the US Army Air Corps in January 1940. During WWII he served in the Panama Canal Zone and the European Theatre. He was a Career Officer in the US Air Force and served in Korea. He retired as a Tec. Sergeant in 1962 with a many military awards and decorations. Following military service he worked at the Brockton YMCA and the Genoa Café. He loved to cook.
He is survived by a sister Mary E. Mullins of Brockton, many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews
