Iolanda (Tamburino) Ciccolo, 92, died at Braemoor Nursing & Rehab. Center in Brockton on Friday, September 5. She was the wife of the late Eugene Ciccolo. Born and educated in Boston, she resided in Brockton since 1960. She was a stitcher at Fisher Sportswear in Brockton for many years before retiring 25 years ago. She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and a longtime member of Faith Baptist Church in Stoughton.
Mrs. Ciccolo is survived by her grandchildren, Louise and Guy Ciccolo and his wife Dawn all of Brockton and Donna Martin and her husband Brian of Norton; her great-grandchildren, Courtney Lawcewicz and Kyle Terrill; her brother, Joseph Tamburino of Revere and her daughter-in-law, Frances Rose of Avon.
Funeral service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday, September 8 at 1 PM. Visiting Hours prior from 12-1 PM. Burial will take place at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Dorchester. Donations in Iolanda‘s name may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 18 Stoughton St., Stoughton, MA 02072.
