Mark Alan Meadows, 44, Oak Grove, KY, died Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday with full military honors at Neal-Tarpley Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ed Felton officiating. Visitation will be from 1pm until the hour of the service Monday at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born Febuary 6, 1964 in Cleveland, TN. He is the son of the late Raleigh H. Meadows and Carol Ann Widdows Meadows. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Meadows; three sons Shaughn Brady, Daytona Beach, FL; Dustan Brady and Austin Brady both of Oak Grove, KY; two daughters Evelyn Brady, Daytona Beach, FL and Megan Meadows of Hot Springs, AR.; one brother, Mathew Scot Meadows, San Antonio, TX; and one sister Wendy Kaye Meadows, Little Rock, AR; two grandchildren, David William Wilkerson and Nicoles Alexander Mohan. He was employed at Kangaroo Market as an assistant manager. He was a member of the Kentucky National Guard with sixteen years active and reserve service.
