Mr. Thomas E. Hebert, Jr., of Taunton died unexpectedly Monday, September 1
in Morton Hospital. He was the husband of Vicki (Davis) Hebert, and the former
husband of Maureen (Moniz) Hebert of Raynham. He was born 61 years ago in
Taunton, the son of Thomas E. Hebert, Sr. and the late Yvette (Rioux) Hebert. He
was educated in Taunton and had been a Taunton and Raynham resident for most
of his life. He had been employed as a foreman at the Fernald School in Waltham
for the past 12 years. Mr. Hebert was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was the Past President of the Polish-American Citizens Fish Club, and
was a former member of the Italian Naturalization Club and its Fish Club. He en-
joyed hunting, fishing and was an animal lover. He was a communicant of the
former St. Jacques Church in Taunton.
In addition to his wife and father, both of Taunton, he leaves:
2 sons: Dale Hebert and his wife, Ivette of Taunton
Glen Hebert and his wife, Leslie of Middleboro
1 daughter: Robbin Leary and her husband Brian of Sandwich
3 stepchildren: Greta, Monica and Richie
7 grandchildren: Michael, Dayanara, Jaquelyn, Cody, Veronica, Jordan and Raquel
5 stepgrandchildren: Gabrielle, Troy, Kelsey, Jacob and Matt
several nieces, nephews and cousins
Funeral services will be held from The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay
Street, Taunton, on Saturday, September 6 at 9:00 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial
will follow in St. Jude the Apostle Church, 249 Whittenton Street, Taunton, at 10:00
A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held on
Friday, from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made
