In Raynham, August 29, 2008 Angelina died after a brief illness at the age of 89. Angelina was the wife of the late James Larner. She was born in Taunton to her late parents Mr. & Mrs Manuel Correia. She was educated in Taunton schools. Angelina worked at Mason Box Co. in Dighton and also Taunton State Hospital. She enjoyed traveling to Bermuda, being with her friends & family, especially her Grandchildren. Angelina is survived by her children Carol Powlowski Costa of Raynham and her longtime friend Richard Neville of Taunton, Joan Batchelder of Wyoming, Minnesota and John Bird and his wife Paulette of Taunton. Grandmother of Candice Desmarais and fiance Brett Reilly of Raynham, Brian Batchelder of Virginia, Steven Batchelder and wife Heather of Minnesota, Tammy and husband Kenneth Reichart of Taunton, Michael J. Bird and wife Danielle of East Bridgewater. Great Grandmother of Ashlee, Brett, Nicholas, Austin, Micheala, Brenna, Kennith, Braeden and Ryleigh. Sister of the late Arthur, James and Manuel Correia, Dorothy Mora and many neices and nephews. Funeral service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton on Weds., Sept 3rd at 11am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours prior to the service from 9-11am. Interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Taunton.
