In Fall River, August 27, 2008 Morton F."Ozzie" died at the age of 86 after a period of failing health. He was the former husband of Olga Caswell of Cumberland, RI. and husband of the late Dorothy (Harris) Caswell. Morton was born in Raynham to his late parents George & Violet (Lounsbury) Caswell. Morton resided in Fall River and previously lived in Cumberland, RI. & Norton, MA.. He was educated in Taunton schools and graduated from Taunton High School class of 1940. He served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army Air Corp. Morton was involved in the Boy Scouts and enjoyed trout & ice fishing, gardening and fixing almost anything. He was employed at Paragon Gear, Pratt & Whitney Corp. and retired from Allendale Insurance Co. in the maintenance Dept. Morton leaves his two sons Douglas F. Caswell of St. Thomas & Michael Caswell and his wife Lauren of Dighton. Grandfather of six and great Grandfather of two. Morton was the brother of Alvan W. Caswell and his wife Natalie A. of Easton. Funeral service at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton on Tues., Sept. 2nd at 11am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Monday from 4-7pm.
