Snodgrass, Virgil, 90 of Louisville formerly of Jeffersonville IN.,passed away Wednesday August 27, 2008 at Baptist Hospital Northeast Hospice Unit.
He was native of Morgantown, KY. He was a member of Parkwood Church of Nazarene in Clarksville, IN.
He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Lillie Daugherty Snodgrass. One sister Ruth Snodgrass Embry, and two brothers Shelby and Shirley Snodgrass.
He is survived by his Niece Lillian Thornton and brother in law Willie Embry. Two Sister in laws Doris and Sarah Snodgrass.
Virgil was a loving son, brother, and proud uncle to several generations of nieces and nephews. He was deeply loved and cherished by his family and all who knew him. He was a kind and gentle man with a heart of gold and a love for everyone.
His Funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Burial will be in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, IN.
Visitation will be Friday from 3pm till 8 pm at the Funeral Home.
