METHUEN – John J. Webb 57 of Methuen died unexpectedly Sunday August 24, 2008 at Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH.
Born and educated in Lawrence, he was the son of the late James E. Webb and Dorothea (Meehan) Webb. He attended St. Augustine’s Grammar School and graduated Lawrence High School with the Class of 1969.
He attended Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA, Husson College in Bangor, ME and received his Masters Degree in education from Cambridge College.
John was a loving husband and wonderful father of three. He enjoyed biking, golf, his Boston sports teams and most of all his family. He put his whole heart into everything he did including his work. John taught at Methuen High School, Special Education, and found fullfillment in his profession. He was the warmest and most wonderful husband, father and friend. John always put himself last and taking care of everyone around him. He was always smiling and his presence filled up a room and others and happiness meant the world to him. He was dearly loved and adored and will be greatly missed. The family request that in lieu of memorial contributions, that you and your family, like John, live life to the fullest and cherish the small moments and the people you love.
He leaves his wife of 33 years Sharon M. (Wright) Webb of Methuen, MA.

Twin sister Joanne Webb-Montecalvo and her husband Randall of Stoneham, MA

Father and Mother-in-law James W. Wright and Lillian H. (Hurley) of Seabrook, NH.
Brothers-in-law James W. Wright, Jr., and his wife Carol of Methuen, Jeffrey J. Wright of Hampton, NH
Sisters-in-law Nancy E. Sidie and her husband Richard of Methuen and Lynne C. Maslanka and her husband Mark of Northboro, MA as well as
10 nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends may call on Friday from 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. and 6:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:00a.m. at st. Monica’s Church in Methuen. Burial will be private at the families convenience
