In Taunton, August 24, 2008 Anna E. (Peterson) died after a lengthy illness at the age of 88. Anna was the wife of the late Albert W. Marchant. She was born in Taunton to her late parents Oscar & Anna (Forsberg) Peterson. Anna was educated in Taunton & Dighton schools graduating from Dighton-Rehoboth High School. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and playing bingo. Anna leaves her children Patricia M. McCaffrey of Norton, Priscilla Brown of Raynham and Debbie Marchant of Pioria, Illinois. Anna also leaves ten Grandchildren and eight Great Grandchildren. Funeral service at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton on Thurs., August 28th at 11am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Weds. from 6-8pm. Interment in Mayflower Hill Cemetery in Taunton.
