Jim Harris Stroud, 88, Cedar Hill, TN, died Friday, August 22, 2008, at Spring Meadows Nursing Home, Clarksville, TN. The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday at at the funeral home and from 12:00 p.m. until time of the service Monday at at the church. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
