Patrick Laird Chester, 25, Cedar Hill, died Monday, August 18, 2008, at Pleasant View, Tennessee as a result of an automobile accident. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tony Chester officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until hour of service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born August 17, 1983 in Clarksville, Tn. He was a senior at Austin Peay State University. He was working to be a writer and producer. He was employed as a personal trainer at Design Fitness Studio in Springfield, Tn. He also worked as a landscaper. Patrick loved playing basketball, football and golf. He was avid fan of U.K. basketball, the San Francisco 49ers, St. Louis Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens and the Texas Longhorns. He is survived by his parents, Tim and Annette Murphy Chester, a brother Raymond Chester all of Cedar Hill, Tn; and a great grandaddy Walter Ray Vick of Indian Mound, TN. He was godfather of Ciera Kathry Wibking. Pallbearers will be Brian Slayton, J.T. Slayton, Matt Wibking, Gregg Fort, J.W. Robertson, Dustin Thomas, Brad Fort, Timmy Williams, Ben Jordan, Wayne Jones, Roger Blackwell, Anthony Chester, Joe Maxey and Rabhan Ley.
