Neftali Fumero Ramos, 39, Clarksville, died Tuesday, August 12, 2008, at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 5 PM Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Eternal Rock Baptist Church with Pastor Jorge Garcia officiating. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
