Edwin T. Costa II, 29, of Londonderry NH passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family on August 10, 2008 in Brigham’s and Women’s Hospital. Edwin T Costa, know as Eddie by the one’s he loved, fought a most valiant battle with leukemia. Throughout his courageous fight Eddie always remained positive and believed he would triumph. This fighting spirit is what we, his family, are most proud of!
Eddie was born on April 6, 1979 in Derry, NH to parents, Nancie E. Costa and Edwin T Costa I. He was extremely proud of his marriage to Katelyn and their first home together. Eddie was very modest with a passion for many things, his Corgi, Neelix, whom stormed the castle of Eddie’s first home as a prince. Fishing was an all time favorite of Ed’s at Cobbetts Pond and being an avid video game enthusiast; he conquered all games he played.
Many that loved him survive Eddie Costa. His wife, Katelyn Costa, his parents, Nancie Costa-Dallaire and Raymond G. Dallaire Jr. Sisters, Heather Flannery, Samantha Costa-Hy, and Carly Costa. Katelyn’s parents Pat and Bob Alger, also his Grandmothers, Dorothy Costa and Priscilla Smith. Eddie received continuous support and love from his cousin Vincent J. Costa III and best friend, Jon Petersen, aka Petey. Eddie has numerous Aunts and Uncles, as well as cousins and extended family left behind missing him everyday.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Saint Marks Church, South Rd. in Londonderry on Sat Aug 16, 2008 at 10:00 am followed by a family meal at the church. Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St. Derry is in charge of arrangements.
