Obituary

Cynthia M. (Dello Iacono) DeLuca, a life-long Medford resident, died Friday at Bear Hill Rehabilitation Center, after a long illness. She was 60.

Cynthia was born and raised in Medford the daughter of the late William and the late Mary (Archidiacono) Dello Iacono. A devoted wife and mother, for the past 10 years Cynthia was a beloved manager at Felicia’s Restaurant in Stoneham.

She was the beloved wife of the late Carl M. DeLuca. She was a devoted mother to Doreen DeLuca, Deborah Connelly and her husband Patrick, Michelle Mercauto and her husband Mark all of Medford and Carl C. DeLuca of Stoneham. She was a loving grandmother to Tayla, Chad, Samantha, Carl and Jack. She was a dear sister to Connie Cervera and her husband Al of Medford and William Iacono and his wife Nicole of PA. She was a special friend to Ralph DePrimeo.

Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Tuesday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family, Monday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent in Cynthia’s name to Autism Speaks, 5455 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90036.
