Robert A. Barka, 53, of Elwood Road, Londonderry, NH died Tuesday March 25, 2003 at the Parkland Medical Center, Derry. He was born on August 16, 1949 in New Britain, CT, a son of Robert Consigny and Barbara (Boles) Barka. He was a resident of Londonderry for the past 10 years, formerly living in Nashua where he attended Nashua High School. He received his Associate’s Degree from Daniel Webster College. Mr. Barka was a US Army veteran. He ran Barka Brothers Construction. He enjoyed camping, boating and photography.
He is survived by one daughter Stacey Morrow, Nashua, one son Cory Barka, Londonderry, five grandchildren, Sarah Morrow, Avery Morrow, Lauren Morrow, Tucker Morrow, Kyle Barka, his father of Florida, his mother of Londonderry, one sister Jane Kirkpatrick, Nashua, one brother, Greg Barka, Derry, and three nephews.
There will be no calling hours. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Friday March 28th at 2:00pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry.
