Obituary

METHUEN – William F. “Bill” Leach, Jr. 43 of Methuen died Monday August 4, 2008 from injuries sustained in a motorcyle accident.

Born in Winthrop, MA he graduated from East Boston High School. After high school he served in the U.S. Army receiving the Army Service Ribbon, Army Achievement Medal (1st Oak Leaf Cluster), and the Army Good Conduct Medal. Bill was released from active duty in 1988 receiving an honorable discharge. For the past 8 years he was a supervisor at United Plastic Fabricating in North Andover. He was a coach for the Methuen Girl’s Softball League, where his daughters were members. He enjoyed motorcycles, loved life, always had a smile on his face and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He leaves his wife Joanne (Capobianco) Leach of Methuen, MA.
2 daughters Amanda amd Melissa Leach both of Methuen, MA.
Parents William F. and Norma F. (Winer) Leach of Winthrop, MA.
1 brother Mark V. Leach and his wife Diane of Braintree, MA.
Father and Mother-in-law Thomas J. and Margaret Capobianco of Methuen, MA.
Several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Bill’s name to the Charity of One’s Choice. Family and friends may call Friday 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:00a.m. at St. Monica’s Church in Methuen, MA.
