Westport – David A. Souza, 68, of Westport died at home on August 5, 2008 after a brief illness. He was the husband of Maral E. (Smith) Souza.
Mr. Souza was born in Fall River, son of Grace L. (Brickhill) Souza of Westport and the late Joseph Souza, and was a lifelong resident of Westport. He was employed as a printing press operator until his retirement. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan.
In addition to his widow and mother, he is survived by 3 daughters: Christine Souza of Fall River, Lori Ann Manchester of Fall River and Kelly Ann Souza of PA; 3 brothers: John Souza of FL, William Souza of Westport and Robert Souza of MD; a sister: Linda Silvia of Dartmouth; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; and several nieces & nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, August 8, 2008, 5:00-7:30 P.M. followed by a funeral service at 7:30 P.M.
