MASHPEE … Helen E. (Savage) Phillips, 73, of E. Falmouth died Tuesday June 29, 2008 after a brief illness.
She was the wife of Carl Phillips Sr. and they were married for 51 years.
She was born in London, England the daughter of the late Frederick and Phoebe (Lightfoot) Savage and had lived in the United States since 1973.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed oil painting, watercolor and collages. She was a member of the Cape Cod Artist Guild.
Survivors include her husband, a son Carl Phillips Jr. of St Louis, MO: 2 daughters Tracy L. Savage of England and Susan E. Phillips of Spencer, MA: 2 sisters and 2 brothers,
6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. At the request of the family, services are private. Arrangements are by SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME 1555 Pleasant St, Fall River.
