Mrs. Annette Carbone, age 87 of Stoneham MA, died Monday at Wingate At Reading Nursing Home in Reading. Mrs. Carbone was born in Medford, daughter of the late James and Agatha (Gerace) Zuccala. She spent her childhood in Medford and attended local schools. She worked in the Hospital Housekeeping department until retirement, and enjoyed Saturday lunchtimes with her family and occasional trips to Foxwoods, As a young woman she enjoyed needlepoint.
She is survived by one daughter: Agatha Sullivan and her husband Lawrence of Stoneham. Grandmother of Timothy Sullivan of Quincy, Beth Lancaster and her husband Matthew of Danvers. Predeceased by a son, Harold Carbone.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 8 am. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central Street, Stoneham, at 9 am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 pm. Contributions in Annette’s name may be sent to the American Heart Fund 20 Speen Street Framingham Ma. 01701. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
