In Taunton, July 25, 2008 Helen M.(Ryan) Gove passed away pracefully at Marion Manor after a long illness. She was born in Taunton October 9,1915 to her late parents Martin & Grace (Donnelly) Ryan. Helen was educated in Taunton, graduating from THS in the class of 1933. She was a member of her high school reunion committee. Helen was married in 1935 to Willis H. Gove who was laid to rest on May of 2002 after 67 years of marriage. She was a communicate of St. Joseph’s Church in Taunton and a member of the Women’s Guild and the church choir. Her hobbies were reading, knitting and spending time with her family. Survivors include her only daughter Maureen A. Rose and son-in-law Richard Rose Sr. of Taunton. Her Grandchildren Patricia Ann Perry of Springlake Heights, N.J. David C. Perry of Taunton and Mary E. Jacinto of New Bedford. Great Grandchildren Richard J. Perry III, Jennifer L. Perry, Amanda Rae Jacinto and Aaron J. Jacinto of Taunton. She also leaves two step Grandchildren and two step great Grandchilden and several neices & nephews and cousins. Helen was pre-deceased by her brothers Robert and Edward Ryan and Grandson Richard J. Perry. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 washington St. in Taunton on Monday, July 28th at 9:45am. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at the Chapel in Marion Manor Nursing Home, 33 Summer St. in Taunton. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Sun. from 4-7pm. Burial in St. Francis Cemetery in Taunton.
