Obituary

LEICESTER; Phyllis E.(Brown) Sullivan, 91, previously of 5 Sunset Drive, died Sunday, July 20 at Rose Monahan Hospice in Worcester after an illness.
She was the wife of James L. Sullivan who died in 2007.
She leaves several cousins.
Born in Petite Riviere, Nova Scotia, Canada, she was the daughter of Ralph M. & Elby R. (Johnson) Brown, moving here in 1952.
Mrs. Sullivan was an office clerk at Melville Shoe Co. in Worcester for 42 years, retiring in 1978.
She was a graduate of the former Commerce High School in Worcester. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Rochdale and was a former choir member, Sunday School teacher and treasurer of its Womans group. She was a member of the Senior Citizen Club of Leicester, AARP and the Auburn Golden Age Club.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 23 at 1:00 p.m. in the MORIN-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will precede the service from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Senior Citizen Club of Leicester, P.O. Box 242, Leicester, MA, 01524.
