Hooksett– Paul E. Paquin, 98, died July 3, 2008 at Catholic Medical Center following a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester on November 22, 1909 the son of Adelard and Eugenie (Rene) Paquin, and had been a lifelong resident of this community.
Prior to his retirement he was a clerk at the State of NH Department of Motor Vehicles.
He served his country in the US Navy during World War II.
Family members include his wife of 70 years Laurea (Lariviere) Paquin, of Hooksett, 2 sons Rene Paquin, of Manchester, Jean L.Paquin, of Franklin, 1 daughter Diane Sanborn, of Newport, 9 grandchildren, 6great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services: There are no calling hours.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday July 12 in Ste.Marie Church, Notre Dame Ave., Manchester at 11:30 am.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Sisters of The Precious Blood Monastery, 700 Bridge St. ,Manchester NH 03104.
