Christopher P. “Chris” Carson, Jr. 49, of Charleston, died Wednesday morning, June 25, 2008 at Hospice Center of Charleston, Mt. Pleasant.
Graveside funeral service will be held Friday, June 27, 2008 at 2 o’clock at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville.
Mr. Carson was born January 8, 1959 in Charleston, son of Frances “Mickey” Winningham Carson of Charleston and the late Christopher P. Carson, Sr. He attended James Island High School. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was self employed as a carpenter.
Surviving in addition to his mother are:
2 daughters and 2 sons: Tiffany M. Carson, Sherry L. Carson, Christopher Carson and Daniel Carson all of Charleston
4 grandchildren
