Charles L. “Charlie” Boyle 72 years of Brockton died Monday June 9, 2008 at the Brockton Hospital. He was born and raised in Randolph, a son of the late Charles and Anne (Curran) Boyle. During the Korean Conflict he served in the US Army as a MP Stationed in Germany. He had been an electrician by trade working for several local electrical contractors. Charlie was a former member of AMVETS Post 1977 and enjoyed woodworking, gardening and watching sports.
He is survived by his wife Ilsemarie (Krebber) Boyle of Brockton,a son, Michael Boyle of Hampton, NH; two daughters Diana Topoulos of E. Bridgewater and Jennifer Lynch of Brockton, five grandchildren, Katie Boyle, Nikole Lynch, Noah, Daniel and Alexandra Topoulos, a sister Nancy Arns of Easton, a nephew and a niece.
A Graveside Service with military honors will be held Tuesday at 11 am in St. Mary’s Cemetery, 245 North Street, Randolph.
