JOAN M. SHEEHANJoan M. (Bianchi) Sheehan, 64, of Melrose formerly of Newton died Thurs. Mar 6, 2003 at the Melrose Wakefield Hospital. Born in Newton she graduated from Our Lady Help of Christians High School in Newton, and had lived in Newton for many years and had been a resident of Melrose for over 30 years. She was co owner and business manager for C-TEK Inc in Wakefield. She enjoyed oil painting, was an outstanding gardener and a published poet. She also had an avid love of music.She is survived by her husband William E. Sheehan, her sons William J. Sheehan and his wife Sarah of Salisbury, Thomas E. Sheehan of Melrose, and David C. Sheehan of New York City. She is also survived by her sister Judith Kelley of West Yarmouth, her brother Alfred Bianchi of Haverhill, her grandchildren William E. and Amanda E. Sheehan and many nieces and nephews.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Mon Mar 10 at 10:30 AM in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 573 Washington St. Newton. Interment will follow at Newton Cemetery.
