Obituary

Roland G. Robidoux,82, of 1150 Stafford St. in the Rochdale section of Leicester, died suddenly Tuesday, June 10 at his home.
He was the husband of Mary A. (Ward) Robidoux who died in 1986. He leaves three sons David R. Robidoux and his wife Barbara of Redding, Calif., Stephen P. Robidoux and his wife Nancy of Leicester and Mark R. Robidoux and his wife Xay of Rochdale, two daughters MaryAnn Ward of Chicoppee and Tina L. Martin and her husband Timothy of Otter River, three brothers Alphonse Robidoux and his wife Peggy and Joseph Robidoux and his wife Toni all of Rochdale, and Ronald Robidoux and his wife Diane of Mountain Home, N.C., two sisters Anne Houle and her husband Gerard of N.Oxford, and Annette Derian and her husband Karnig of Valatie, N.Y., 19 grand children, 2 great grand children, several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Robidoux worked in the janitorial dept. at the Leicester Center School for 10 years, retiring in 1990. Previously he was a truck driver for Williamson Bros. Trucking in Rochdale and was also an oil burner service technician and pipe fitter.
He served his country during WWII in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific theater.
He was well loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
The funeral will be held on Friday, June 13 from the MORIN-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Aloysius-St. Jude Church, 496 Pleasant St., Leicester. Burial will follow with Military Honors in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Thursday, June 12 from 5 to 7p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Central Mass.
