Haines City, FL-Merilda Bergeron, 91, died June 2, 2008 at the Haines City Health Care Center after a long illness.
She was born in Manchester, NH on November 13, 1916, the daughter of Norbert and Rosa (McMullen) Gagne . She had been a resident of Florida for the past 11 years.
Prior to her retirement she had worked for Guttman-Kessler Shoe Co.
She was predeceased by her husband Lionel Bergeron.
Members of her family include 3 daughters, Doris Gourre of Concord, NH, Beatrice Girard of Winter Haven, FL and Florence Door of Manchester., NH 6 grandchildren, 13 greatgrandchildren, one brother Jules Gagne of FL, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
There are no calling hours.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester, NH.
