NEW BEDFORD — Theresa V. Cardoza, age 77 years, of New Bedford, died Saturday, May 31, 2008, at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the wife of Ernest A. Cardoza.
Born in Lexington, Ma., she was a resident of this city for most of her life and a graduate of N.B.High School. For many years, Mrs. Cardoza was employed as shipping manager at the old Goodyear plant in this city. She was a member of the Goodyear Seniors Club and enjoyed her winters in Florida yearly.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her son Paul Cardoza of New Bedford.
Visitation will take place in the Wilson Chapel, 479 County St., New Bedford on Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. Her service will be at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10 a.m. followed by burial in St. John's Cemetery.
