ROSS- Of Chelsea, May 28th, Keith. Devoted husband of the late Alice (Smith). Beloved father of Michael Ross of Boston, Kathy Ross of Providence, Rhode Island, James Ross of Fall River, Steve Ross of Belmont, Joseph Ross of Florida, Pamela Ross of Chelsea, Rosemarie Ross of Maryland, William Ross of Cranston, Rhode Island and the late Keith Ross. Brother of Paul Ross and Edith Ross both of Roxbury, Lenora Jackson of Boston and the late Percy Ross and Henry and William Blackman. Also lovingly survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home on Monday morning, June 2nd at 10 AM followed by a Funeral procession for Committal Services at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA at 12:45. Visiting Hours will be held in the Smith Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-5 PM.
Born in Boston and a resident of Chelsea for many years, Keith, at 77 years of age passed away at the Eastpointe Nusing Care Center on Central Avenue Wednesday morning after a long illness. For over 35 years, he was employeed by the Boston School System at the John W. McCormick School and the Grover Cleavland School as a teachers assistant and was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
