Laconia-Timothy Lee Richardson, 20, of 17 Cedar died Tuesday morning, May 20, 2008 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon after a lifelong battle with many medical conditions.
A lifelong resident, Timothy was born in Laconia on November 17, 1987, the son of David L. and Marsha L. (Sevigny) Richardson.
Timothy was a graduate of Laconia High School class of 2006. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Belmont. He volunteered for a period of time when he was able at Lakes Region General Hospital. He often went to the Wellness Center in Laconia where he had many friends. Among his interests he had a love for animals, enjoying visits to the New Hampshire Humane Society. He also loved going to the White Mountains of New Hampshire visiting The Flume, Cannon Mountain, and Loon Mountain. Spending time outdoors and having picnics with his family were special times he cherished.
Timothy is predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Rudolph “Rudy” Sevigny in 2005.
Timothy is survived by his parents, David L. and Marsha L. (Sevigny) Richardson of Laconia; his brother, Steven L. Richardson of Laconia; his grandparents, Lorraine Sevigny of Belmont, Vern Richardson of Sandwich, and Lee and Eleanor Houston of Moultonborough; his great-grandmother, Lola Wakefield of Moultonborough. Many aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive Timothy.
Funeral services were held on Friday, May 23, 2008 at Central Baptist Church, 304 Laconia Road, Belmont at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Douglas Conely officiated. Burial followed in the family lot at Union Cemetery, Academy Street, Laconia. A period of visitation preceded the service from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the church.
