McCready, James F., of Marshfield, formerly of Quincy, May l8, beloved husband of Gerri (LaCount) McCready, loving father of Kathleen Jennings and her husband Martin of Hingham, Kerri Nagle and her husband James of Duxbury and Kristen Bishop and her husband Eamonn of Hanover. Son of the late James F. and Edith McCready. Dear grandfather of Meaghan, Emily and Alanna Jennings, Aidan, Fiona and Declan Nagle, and Elise, Iain and Niall Bishop. Brother of the late Louise Pothier. Also survived by a niece Jolene Pothier and a nephew Eric Pothier.
James was born in Neponset and graduated from Boston Trade School. He was a retired buyer for Johnson & Johnson.
Funeral from the MacDonald Funeral Home, l755 Ocean St., Rte. 139, Marshfield on Thursday at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Christine’s Church , l295 Main St., Marshfield at l0 a.m.
Visiting hours on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
Interment will be in the Couch Cemetery, Marshfield.
