Obituary

LEICESTER;Conrad E. Lindsay,58, of 82 Lake Ave., Leicester died Friday, May 16 at Milford Hospital as the result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Rte 495.
He leaves a son Ryan C. Lindsay and his wife Maile of Brookfield, a daughter Justine E. Lindsay of Oakham, two brothers Bruce G. Lindsay and his friend Shirley Noga of Holland, and A.Dennis Lindsay of Litlleton, his longtime friend Amy MacConnell of Oakham, several nieces,nephews and cousins.
Conrad was a roofer and was employed by CJ Phoenix Roofing Co. in Franklin. He served his country during the Vietnam War with the U.S. Army.
He was a former member of the Worcester County Dart League. He was a NASCAR fan, enjoyed reading, gardening and was an avid fisherman.
Born in Southbridge, he was the son of Arthur and Elodia (Renaud) Lindsay.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 22 at 11 a.m. in Greenville Baptist Church, 684 Pleasant St. Leicester. Burial will be at a later date in the Mass. Veterans Cemetery, Winchendon. Calling hours are Wednesday, May 21 from 5 to 7p.m. in the MORIN-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Central Mass.Chapter of Homeless Veterans, 69 Grove St., Worcester, Ma. 01605.
