Devoted mother of Jack Durkin of Dorchester, Marie Scannell & her late husband Joseph of Plymouth, Patricia Donovan & her late husband William of Mission Hill, Maureen Earley of Roslindale, Eileen and Pauline Durkin, both of West Roxbury and Rich Durkin & his wife Barbara of Hyde Park. Dear mother-in-law of William Earley of Mission Hill. Dear sister of Patricia Cunniff of Mission Hill and Gertrude Cuniff of Marshfield. Mrs. Durkin also leaves 9 loving grandchildren and 9 loving great-grandchildren. Funeral from the P.E. Murray-George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre St., WEST ROXBURY on Saturday at 10 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John Chrysostom Church at 11:00. Visiting hours on Friday from 4-8 PM. Late Retired employee of the Boston Public Schools. Remembrances in her memory may be made to the Greater Boston Guild for the Blind, 1980 Centre St., West Roxbury, MA 02132. Interment in Mt. Benedict Cemetery.
