Ella M. (Perkins) McGuinness, 91 years of Brockton died Wednesday May 14, 2008 at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was wife of the late Walter A. McGuinness. Born in Brockton, daughter of the late Herbert and Lena J. (Driscoll) Perkins. Ella was a life long resident of Brockton and had been employed for many years at Dorothy Lou Bakery in Brockton. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by three sons, Walter H., retired BPD and his wife Eva of Middleboro, Robert M. and his wife Donna, Stephen P. and his wife Diane, a daughter Patricia Andrews and her husband Steven all of Brockton, many grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother Howard Perkins, five sisters Phyllis Cohenno, Marion Plahn, Alma Jezard, Beverly Johnson and Lena Howe and a sister in law Alice Perkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph, Herbert and Arthur Perkins and Barbara Bradbury.
Funeral Service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte123) Brockton Saturday at 10am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting hours Friday 4-8pm.
