LEICESTER-Robert V. Shatos, 70, of Leicester passed away Friday, May 9th after a long illness. He leaves his five children, Mary, Bobby, Peter, Lisa and Tina; his mother, Rose; his brother, James; his sister, Sandra; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
He graduated from Worcester Boys Trade School in 1955 and worked in many different trades. Mr. Shatos was an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed gardening and being with his family.
The funeral is Tuesday, May 13th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 341 June Street, Worcester. Burial will be private. Calling hours are Monday, May 12th from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. in the funeral home. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
