LAWRENCE – Thomas R. Waldron 81 of Lawrence passed away on Saturday May 3, 2008 at Lawrence General Hospital.
Born in Haverhill, MA, the son of the late Everett L. and Florence (Perry Waldron, Tom was a graduate of Haverhill school system and was a longtime inspector at Raytheon in Andover before retiring in 1990. Mr. Waldron served his country during World War II in the United States Navy in Newport, Rhode Island. He was an avid bingo and card player and enjoyed to travel all over New England.
The widower of Lucy (Cottone) Waldron he was also predeceased in death by his daughter Carla A. Waldron. His survivors include daughters Gina M. Dion and her husband Kenneth of Lawrence and Leslie A. Waldron of Exeter, NH.
Grandchildren Timothy, Christopher and Kyle Dion of Lawrence and Cody Waldron of Exeter, NH.
1 brother Charles Waldron of Norfolk, VA.
ARRANGEMENTS: In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Central Catholic High School 300 Hampshire Street Lawrence, MA 01841. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00a.m. at Corpus Christi Parish/Holy Rosary Church in Lawrence. Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery also in Lawrence, MA.
